Once was the wettest place on Earth now stands second after Hawaii,
this plateau sharing borders with Bangladesh has the most complex, longest cave systems in the world and has uncountable waterfalls with the most unreal water you will ever witness. A state which is 70% still covered with forest, only because of the strong tribal communities. Their lives are still very much dependent on the forest, from using bamboo for literally everything to making their own living root bridges out of the roots. 
One of the most unreal places to witness in India, and the only state with a Matrilineal society.
